Condolences

Condolence From: Laura and Wendy Dingillo
Condolence: Why didn’t anyone attempt to call us about Elaine’s passing. Her and my mom were so close. I had to find out from the management office of her building today. I was stunned. I last spoke to Elaine in December when she told me she was going away and would be in touch . I have been trying to reach her with no luck. My condolences to her family.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened to learn of Elaine's passing. I was her Admin when she worked for the LINC Home Study program. Elaine was a beautiful soul. I could always count on her to "pick up the slack" during an emergency. she was always ready, willing and eager to help. It was a pleasure working with Elaine...there was never a dull moment. I can just see her offering to help those who are 'less able' on the other side. My condolences to the Dinneen family and their friends. Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and may her soul rest in peace.

Condolence: My condolences to Elaine’s family. I had the privilege of driving Elaine to Day Spa at Heart House Hospice. Our conversations in the car were very lively. I loved hearing her take on the political situation, as well as her passion for visiting the UK and her beloved Ireland. Once, we even discussed the intricacies of rugby ! Rest In Peace, Elaine . Condolence: We were unable to attend Elaine's celebration of life today, as we are in Florida. Barbara tells us that it was lovely and beautifully orchestrated by all generations of her much-loved family - and, of course, an Irish tenor!
Elaine exemplified such courage, strength, humour, acceptance and spirit. We witnessed these same attributes many years ago with Austin and Peggy. We were very fond of her and she will be sorely missed. She was a pillar of strength in the Dinneen/Dineen family. Our thoughts are with all of you. Bill, Gloria, Ardith and David

Condolence: We are very saddened at Elaine's passing. She was a pleasure being around both before and after her initial diagnosis (in 2000 or so). Best wishes to the large family she leaves behind all over Canada. Til we meet again.

Condolence: To Elaine’s Family & Friends
It was a lovely gathering on Sunday of Elaine’s Family and all the friends and acquaintances she met during the course of her lifetime that came to pay their last respects to her. By the condolences that were submitted online and the people in attendance, it clearly showed that she touched many lives on her journey here on earth. A life well lived. I’m sure it will hold her in high regard on the journey she now must travel. RIP Elaine. The best is yet to come.
As Irving Berlin once said, “The song has ended but, the melody lingers on”.

Condolence: In 2016, on a dreary morning after a night of sirens and an ambulance ride, and now groans and moans from upstairs, I answered the phone. Elaine called to thank me for a mass offering. After a brief update on her cancer treatment she described her pervious moments from gazing through her freshly polished window to the pleasure and satisfaction of the swishing her dishes through warm, soapy water. We talked of living in the moment, not a new concept for me, but so much more authentic and clear heard from a current cancer patient. Elaine changed my day then and many later moments and days. Good Heavens, she put a smile on my face at Mike's funeral.

Farewell to Elaine, now safely in the "everlasting moment" of Joy and Peace.
